Do you have a complaint about a training, mock exam, or our service? Please let us know as soon as possible. According to the law, a complaint is considered timely if it is submitted within two months of discovery. This also applies if a training or mock exam does not meet what you could reasonably expect based on the agreement. We recommend submitting your complaint in writing.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is needed to carefully review your complaint, we will inform you within this period when you can expect a response.
