In some cases, when you have just created a new business account, VAT may still appear in the order summary in your shopping cart. If your company is not established in the Netherlands, you can remove the VAT by following the steps below:
Go to your shopping cart.
Press F5 or manually refresh the page.
Check whether the VAT has been removed from the summary.
Complete your payment.
