At aitrainingscentrum.nl, ordering a training is quick and straightforward. The process consists of a few simple steps:

  1. Choose a training

  2. Log in or register

  3. Confirm your order

  4. Pay

  5. Start your training


1. How do I choose a training?

Once you’ve found the training you want to take (or want to assign to someone else), add it to your shopping cart using the order button. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.


2. Do I need to log in or register?

Yes. To complete your order, you’ll need to log in or create an account.

When registering, choose one of the following:

  • Business account
    Allows you to create participants and assign trainings to them.

  • Private account
    Trainings are linked directly to your personal account.


How does VAT work?

VAT is automatically processed correctly during checkout. The applicable VAT depends on your location and whether you order as a business or a private individual.

Ordering within the EU (business)

If you are ordering on behalf of a business within the EU, enter your company’s VAT number. VAT will be reverse-charged, and no Dutch VAT will be applied.

Ordering within the EU (private)

If you order as a private individual, VAT will be charged according to the VAT rate of the country from which you place the order.

Ordering outside the EU

If you place an order from outside the EU, no VAT will be charged. In some cases, we may ask for proof of your business location or address.


3. How do I confirm my order?

During this step, you choose your preferred payment method. We offer several secure payment options, including:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card

  • Bancontact / Mister Cash

  • PayPal

  • Payment in advance (invoice)

After confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Different billing address

If you want the invoice sent to a different address (for example, your employer), you can enter an alternative billing address during checkout.


4. How do I pay?

  • If you choose online payment (such as iDEAL or credit card), payment is processed immediately.

  • If you choose payment in advance by invoice, you will receive a PDF invoice by email with all payment details.

Always an invoice

You will always receive a PDF invoice for your records, even if you pay online.

Is your employer paying?

Select payment in advance by invoice and forward the invoice to your employer. You can enter your employer’s billing details during the checkout process if needed.


5. When can I start the training?

Once your payment has been received and processed, your training will be activated. You can then start immediately via your personal learning environment.

Using a business account?

With a business account, you first need to assign the purchased training to yourself or to one of your participants. Once assigned, the training will appear in the learning environment.
